Return & Refund Policy

All prints from Kurt Schirmer Photography are made to order and produced to the highest standards of fine art printing. Because each piece is custom-produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items If your print arrives damaged or with a production defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kdsimaging@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Incorrect Orders If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
